I spoke once with Ann about our possible interest in Astoria and Warrenton. My own research online was leading me in one direction and she wanted me to go in a different direction. I asked for some information and after hearing nothing, a week later I contacted her. She never did give me complete information and only then through texts and emails. She has never followed up with me. Clearly she is too busy to do that. Their website says they "...provide buyers and sellers with exceptional services that exceed expectations." I certainly didn't receive that!

Keely and Ann have gone above and beyond for us, for many months. After a grueling two year hunt for the perfect home, my husband and I are about to close on a property I never dreamed would be possible. Keely patiently showed us every home that came up for sale that we asked to see. She was highly responsive and on a few a occasions we looked at the home within the same hour it came on the market. Over the course of time we modified what we thought we wanted. Keely rolled with our ever changing requests and maintained enthusiasm and good humor. If Keely was in conference when we needed something, Ann was immediately responsive to our requests. They have a seamless handoff to make their clients never feel alone in this daunting process. I hope this new house will be our forever home. If life changes and it isnt, then Keely and Ann will be my first call. They know how to get the job done.
