He not only went above and beyond to ensure our visit was pleasant, quick and efficient; he HONESTLY helped us with all our many questions (with stride). Truly, the best experience with Uhaul I've ever had! Sincerely, THANK YOU Tiernan for helping us through one of the most difficult times of our lives with a happy & positive attitude. You truly are a great person The entire crew was great! Will (another employee) was appropriately & playfully joking while we entered and left; making the experience fun and memorable (lol weird I know...) Great job guys! Very impressed

        3/21/22 Worst customer service ever. I parked by the front door as I walked up a female employee and her dog was by the front door did not acknowledge me as she was vaping. I walked in looking for a part after 10 minutes looking through the store. I went to the counter and ask two female employees. They barely looked up from there phones and just said if we had it it would be on the wall..
