Was really bad. Seems to be getting better. I was hopeful for a choice in service but they seem to be working hard to resolve the issues and the problems are less than what they used to be.

What a joke of a fiber company. There plant is a disaster for being all new in the area I'm in. Leaving 100 ft of drop slack on the poles just from one drop going to one customer. The poles that have multiple fiber customers on it look like a rats nest. Those zip ties holding all of them will eventually break and it will be impossible to untangle. They take no pride in there work. Leaving connection points exposed on poles. I used to work for a fiber company and we installed fiber and if I ever left any of the work they leave I would have been fired. Not to mention I would have felt terrible for leaving such bad work.

I used to be able to get 24/7 support. I get that it is hard finding good employees, but seriously. I have a fulltime job myself. I have to now wait until I can take time off to connect with support so they can fix whatever is wrong with your service. Really? So now I won't have TV for multiple days until support reaches back out to me. I will be at work and nowhere near my home. How is this a support plan. Are you going to refund me my money for the days your service wasn't working?
