Marissa, thanks for the awesome service on 4/1/21! You were prompt, communicative, friendly, relaxed, and did a great job cleaning our carpet! Editing this review since I'm unable to add another review. This is my second time using chem-dry, and I'm a happy repeat customer!
Older review: I needed one room professionally cleaned last minute and couldn't be happier with the results. Bryce did an awesome job, was very professional, and gave me some serious bang for my buck! I'd never had a professional carpet cleaning done before, so i was a little nervous that it wouldn't be "worth it" - i was afraid it'd be like a professional vacuuming and nothing else. I'm also super frugal and was afraid that their low rate might mean low quality. But man... was it worth it! We just bought this house and immediately noticed that this carpeted basement room had some dark spots and an odd smell (old cat pee, perhaps)?... as well as a lovely patch of chewed gum on the carpet. I needed the room cleaned asap before a roommate moved in a few days later. Chem-dry squeezed an appointment in and exceeded my expectations. Bryce somehow got out the urine odor, staining, and chewing gum, all at the cost of their extreeemely reasonable base rate (no surprise charges). Great communication with the company and with the cleaner. Professional van (not a sketchy van). Efficient yet thorough. I paid exactly what i was quoted over the phone, and while upsell options were offered, there was zero pushiness or hardselling. I paid over $50 less than the second phone quote i got from a different business. This company has my future business!!
