Timber Dental Sherwood

The team at Timber Dental is absolutely phenomenal. I hadn't been to the dentist in years (whoops) and they were so kind and gentle and just genuinely amazing people. They're my favorite dentist office I've ever been to. I hope I never have to move away because no one else compares. *P.S. they even have TV screens mounted to the ceiling to make the visit even better!*

Came in as a new patient, with an emergency first thing in the morning. They took care of me right away, addressed my concerns and had me looked at quickly. Professionally consulted me about options and recommendations, and was very careful and polite about performing x rays. I would recommend to anyone looking for professionals, who don't waste your time and keep a very nice clinic. Thanks Timber! Your awesome!

Each person I interacted with at Timber Dental was kind and friendly. The space was very clean and my appointment flowed easily from one thing to the next. I felt cared about and that each person took the right amount of time that was needed for me to feel good about each part.

Run don't walk to another dental practice. Timber Dental is not great on billing and doesn't answer the phone or update their website to say if they are in or not. I called and called and the website said they were in when I drove to the office only to find it was closed for the day. I selected another dentist and received exceptional service. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review for a dental office.

Run, do not walk, past this office! Their billing practices are extremely sketchy. In addition to trying to upsell you or pressure you into things you don't need, they bill you in advance for services even if you have insurance that covers the procedure, because they don't want to have to wait for your insurance to pay them. Then, they don't reimburse you when your insurance pays them. Instead, they play a shell game, claiming that you owe them for other things that were not done or agreed upon. We finally caught them after they pressured our daughter into getting x-rays she told them she didn't need bc she'd had a set recently but they assured her that they were 100% covered. She made them give her proof in writing that she had a zero balance, only to have them later tell my husband when he came in for an appointment, that he had to pay $50 because she had a balance for x-rays. We had to file a complaint with our insurance company who did a thorough investigation and found not only had insurance paid for the x-rays, we had overpaid this office over $100. Our insurance company advised them to reimburse us all of our money and send us all of our x-rays and dental records (which we had asked for back in January) To date, they still haven't fully reimbursed us or sent us our records. Absolutely the worst office we have ever dealt with ever, beyond unprofessional, we were completely scammed by them.
