        Short but nice trail good for bird watching. Can walk this trail when the seasonal trail is closed. The surface is mostly gravel. There are benches spaced along the trail. It takes you to the River Overlook and the Wetland Observation Deck. There is a side trail to the Ridgetop Overlook. Parking in a paved lot and entry are free. Clean, well maintained restrooms are available next to the parking lot. The restrooms were closed over the winter, but an outhouse was provided. Dogs, bicycles and running are not allowed on the trail.
