Ben was the absolute best person to work with while we purchased our new home. He got us instantly pre approved, and we had keys in hand to our new home 3 weeks and 1 day later from pre approval. The process was flawless and Ben had the best communication and kept us updated on where we were at with our loan and the next steps. Ben Davis helped my sons family find the right loan to get their first home. He also helped work the loan so my husband and I could be co-borrowers in this time of high mortgage rates. His thoughtful guidance made their dream of a yard for their little daughter come true. And his help didnt stop with finding the loan.
