Tom and Tara of Tommy Boy Homes are truly exceptional realtors. They marketed and successfully sold my parent's house and were absolutely delightful to work with. Their service to me as a customer was above and beyond anything I hoped for. If one marketing strategy didn't produce the desired results, they tried yet another including staging the empty house with their own furniture. Every time the weather report showed below freezing temps, they drove over to bump the heat up and drip faucets. Communication is a BIG DEAL to me and they never, ever let me down. I received a text, phone call or email at least twice a week - more when the situation demanded. I appreciated their seasoned professional advice, advocacy and honesty even when they had to impart less than positive news. The fact that they took the time to get to know me as a person and understand my wishes in regard to how to proceed with selling my childhood home was just an added bonus. I'm deeply appreciative for everything they did for me and I'd give them 100 stars if I could!
