        Extremely hostile and judgmental staff. Youve got to be out of your minds honestly if you think the staff running this place have good customer service let alone communication. Came in here to ship a package a few weeks ago. Still thinking about the terrible service. The lady working the front counter needs to rewatch the training videos or whatever. I mean be so for real. Worst service of my life. Period. Will continue to go to the one closer to my home not that that one is better. Smh. Ups needs to work on their service period.
