Chase Bank

Manager didn't want to have somebody help me. When somebody at her branch made a mistake with my credit cards. It was their problem and she didn't want to take time to fix it because she was understaffed and wanted me to call some phone number on the back of the card and I said no. You guys made the mistake you guys can fix it.. set my credit card to the wrong address. Also put the wrong billing address down for my credit card. So when I tried to purchase stuff on Amazon it was a big headache until we figured out that they put the wrong address down. It's not okay to make mistakes with people's money or credit cards The lady that worked the drive-thru got my issue resolved which I was grateful for Also, when I came to visit my safety deposit box I had multiple safety deposit box keys. I told the manager this is the key for my box. She says no that keep isn't the right one. I drove all the way home a half hour away. Come back another day and guess what? The key the manager said wasn't the right key was so she wasted half my day

Service is slower than frozen molasses. Need more tellers to get service back up.
