Gennie Sunsland sold a house for my mother, way below market value based on demand. I feel like she took advantage of my mother to get a quick sale - before my mom changed her mind on selling and so she didn't have to do much as a realtor for a quick 5.8k. Based on 2.5% of 235k vs of 300k is only 7.5k...so 3-4 months worth of work for only 1700 more wouldn't be worth it to her, so she didn't bother to try and sell for more. Don't trust these folks, they don't have your best interest in mind.
