Could not recommend enough! Erica went above and beyond for us. I had no previous connection to her when my girlfriend searched for agents, but she was happy to help show us many priorities, and ones even a little out of our budget. Of all the agents I worked with I can say she put way more effort into her clients. I had the worst sellers and sellers agents but she still did everything for us and even took a pay cut to help us get our house. There are a lot good agents out there, but Erica is top tier I couldnt wait to leave a review for her!

Erica was an amazing help selling our house. She is always responsive and informative. We started out thinking we could sell it ourselves. After seeing what she accomplished, I am so glad we didnt. I can't imagine how stressful the process of buying a house would have been with anyone other than Erica. She balanced making the experience fun with her professionalism perfectly.
