Seems to like a perfectly adequate Water Bill department. I've never had an issue with them

They need a new company to handle their bill pay services. The bill pay service took out the money owed but did not report it to the water company. The water company turned off our water even though the bill was paid in full. The water company called to apologize AFTER I called and left them a message of their error. They ended up turning the water back on but what if this were an elder or someone with a disability? I think turning off a very needed resource is bullying and could potentially be life threatening. They need another way of handling their error instead of shutting off something as value to human life as water.
