We were referred to John's waterproofing to determine the extent of the exterior work required to fix our foundation wall. Matt explained that if we required exterior repair, OSHA required that they dig 2 feet from the foundation for every foot down. That would have displaced our AC unit, patio, and created a huge pile of dirt in our backyard, not to mention tens of thousands of dollars of expense. Instead of talking us into this expensive project we did not need, he recommended that an inexpensive interior repair would almost certainly address the issue. Foundation issues can be very expensive. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to such an honest and professional company!

Had Johns do a crawlspace encapsulation on our new home to prevent mold and moisture after having recurring mold and water accumulation problems at previous homes. Our crawlspace is now so clean and protected from moisture and bugs that it could be an added storage room in the house! Vinnie Birchall met with us from the beginning and, unlike the competitive quote we got from TerraFirma, took the time to explain the whole process and answered all of our questions in detail. Vinnie was also super accessible for all our calls through the whole process and was always prompt with answers and service, even after the installation when we had maintenance questions. This company quoted me 20,000$ for my 800 sq ft home! They suggested every service they have and tried to put the fear of god in me while doing it! Do NOT use this company! They puts lots of ads on the internet and hope that you are easily scared into thinking your home is going to rot into peices if you don't use their service. Get a couple other quotes and you will see that JOHNS WATERPROOFING uses a dishonest business out there to find people desperate for the first link on google. I scheduled an appointment with Johns Water Proofing for a bid on crawlspace work. They arrived on time and completed the inspection for the bid. They said it would take one to two days to complete the bid. It has been a week, and I have not heard from them. I assume they do not want the job, but it would have been nice to hear that.
