New Years Eve, driving home from the mountains and alternator goes out intermittently. Limped into Sisters for the night and then on a prayer drove to Rollins the next morning. Jeremy happens to swing by the shop on New Years Day. They are supposed to be closed. Parts stores are closed. Its terrible timing. Calls me back later that morning, finds the part, and offers to put it in that day so he doesnt have to worry about me getting stuck on the pass with my family in tow. I chatted with him while he put the new alternator inan honest hard working guy, carrying on his Dads legacy in Sisters with his sons. Ill be back to thank the man who was the answer to my prayer, who bent over backwards to help me on New Years Day 2024.

They guys are great diagnosed my car and repaired same day and was the fairest price I got quoted any where. The secretary as well as mechanics were very friendly and super knowledgeable. I even learned something. I would send family here. Thanks guys

These folks helped me so much! They fixed only what needed to be fixed i asked them to help with some engine problems, with they fixed it within the same day. Rollins truly cares about their customers and dont want to do work that isnt 100% necessary unless asked. Love them!
