Blazin Saddles was such a great experience! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. We rented bikes near the end of the season, but the bikes worked great for us and we were tempted to buy these very same bikes because they were having an end of season rental bike sale! I would highly recommend Blazin Saddles!

Awesome shop with great service and lots of great inventory. They have helped outfit me with road and mountain bikes, as well as bikes for my wife and kids over the years. They provide top notch service and repairs.

I reserved a e-bike 8-21 to pick up on 8-22. Air quality was extremely hazardous on 8-22. I went in to Blazing Saddles to ask about moving my reservation to 8-23 as air quality was expected to improve. Their response was unfortunately we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I didnt want to cancel, but simply move my reservation. The bike was NOT reserved for someone else on 8-23 either. They could have easily accommodated my request, but refused. Customer service is horrible! I will not return and I have shared my bad experience with others in the community. Ive since learned that others have had a bad experience at Blazing Saddles as well. Not only did they not accommodate me, they were rude. I felt like I was an imposition when I did pick up the rental and returned it. You would think for them being in a tourist town they would be more than friendly and happy to accommodate customers. They blew it!
