Had a pretty good experience with them. Email was the best way to reach them and when we had a hiccup they were quick to help and address it! You can also stop in at the Yard and pickup wood.

We ordered one cord of good firewood, hoping for the quality we got before. What we got was about 10% typical (what we consider good) firewood, 50% what appears to be old utility poles, and a whopping 40% kindling, which is a mix of good firewood, burnt forest fire remnants and utility poles. The owner agreed that they did deliver a large amount of kindling, and his remedy was a delivery of only 5% more good firewood. We do not recommend this business. Update: because of the odor of the utility pole wood, we have researched and discovered that this light colored treated wood may contain arsenicals, which are harmful to your health. We have asked Sisters Forest Products to come and get the utility pole wood.

I wish I could find out what everyone else has - these guys rarely answer the phone, and they have limited hours that you can only find out at last minute, and they NEVER call back. Impossible to get a hold of for pickup or delivery - have tried many times. How does anyone do business with these people??? We want to pickup firewood as well as annual delivery - is it really this hard? We live 45 min away so driving out there without knowing if they are open or have wood is not ok. Want delivery too but no one is ever available to take the order. Very frustrating. Maybe they respond to Google reviews.
