Sisters Log Furniture & Home Decor

We recently purchased a home in Roseburg and having visited Sisters Log Furniture in the past we knew we wanted a King sized log bed frame from them! Not being able to drive there with everything going on, I had reached out to them online and asked about their current stock and they were happy to send me the varieties they had and said if they didnt have one we liked, they could get another custom made! Luckily, they had the one we wanted with the stain and style! They promptly delivered the bed frame per the date we had requested with a small delivery AND set up fee! One piece was forgotten in the delivery and being 3 hours a way, we were left without the slats. HOWEVER, they were very responsive to helping us resolve the issue and were generous with their customer service and resolution! If we have any other furniture needs to fit the rest of our home, we WILL be back! The bed frame is BEAUTIFUL and was assembled well!

I bought a lamp shade and they wrapped it very carefully to ensure it would make the trip home safely.

Extremely helpful and kind staff. I wasnt expecting so much variety but I could have looked around all day!! So much unique stuff, made me want to redecorate my apartment. Will come back again.

The customer service was horrible today. Never even attempted to look up from their cell phones no greetings or anything in fact we were the only people in the store at the time and we were in the store for at least 15 minutes until we decided to leave. The 2 girls had much better things on their personal cell phones to even sell furniture. Sad this happened would have loved to purchase some items.

My family has been shopping here for 10+ years and every-time we add a new piece to the collection its always wonderful service. Recently I had a bench delivered to my parents house and I cant thank yall enough! Best place to get log furniture that lasts and for a great price!
