        David was great. Ive used a few different home inspectors and theyve all been good, but David went above and beyond. This inspection was of a home on six acres that is over 100 years old. David has obvious practical construction experience as well as knowledge of current codes and practices. He was very thorough, this inspection lasted 4 or 5 hours. Im a do it yourself person so I wanted to be there so he could point things out and give me ideas. He took ample pictures throughout the process and presented us with a digital copy of his write up with pictures within the day. Great experience
