Chris (the owner) returned my call quickly, He was honest, professional, kind, & considerate. Problem was solved & new part installed within a few days (had to order the part). He made sure it was repaired as quickly as possible, as it is winter in Sisters and temps are low at night! I am so thankful & highly recommend his service!

Chris, the owner of Action Air, has come to the rescue several times at our house! Not only is he polite but he returns calls ASAP, schedules appointments right away if possible and is on time. Chris has always had a thoughtful and practical solution to the problem, addressed it promptly and never left a mess. He is outstanding, thank you Chris!

Chris who owns Action Air truly saved the day today. We got hit with a winter storm and of course our heat went out. I called Chris and he came over within the hour and gave me a quote for a new furnace, got it ordered and plan to install tomorrow! His price was fair and he always goes above and beyond. He is honest and friendly and we will never use anyone else. Thank you Chris and Action Air!
