        Absolutely breath taking it truly is is an experience Staying at fivepine girlfriends trip perfect spa day to end our stay at the resort front desk employees very welcoming once coming through the doors Silvia was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful thank you Amanda & Tyler you guys are amazing best massages Definitely will be back !

        11/10 for spa treatment and hospitality! Liz at the front desk was wonderful and my massage therapist Molly was kind, talented and very knowledgeable in the art. I felt comfortable every step of the way with the experience here. Would highly recommend, thanks!

        On Friday March 10th I called the spa in anticipation of our upcoming trip and I was assured that my friends and I could pop over after our breakfast at Five Pines Lodge where we were staying. I questioned the woman that it would be okay and that we didnt need to book services to use the spa and she assured me it was part of our stay at Five Pines. I said great and repeated then that we would be over after breakfast and she said great. Unfortunately this morning after breakfast we walked over and were told that we could NOT come in and use the spa unless we had booked a service. As a matter of fact Sylvie the manager was extremely dismissive and unyielding in our assumption that we were invited to use the spa. It was very disappointing as we were here for a birthday celebration for our friend and had planned on a spa day for Sunday. We were turned away and are now heading home. I will think twice about coming back since we were expecting a relaxing spa day after hiking the previois day. I feel that Sylvie should have honored the information I was given and allowed us to end our celebration with a soak. Very very disappointing. We are now going home in our bathing suits since we checked out of our room and cannot even change. Unacceptable and poor customer service.

      We take this very seriously. I’m not sure where the disconnect was but we surely would not want anyone turned away when told otherwise. If you’re coming back to stay at the lodge let us give you a complementary tension tamer massage…no excuses. We just continue to work through any problems related to our staff. Silvia has been an amazing front desk person but I guess this is something to correct…thank you for let us know. Zoe Willitts.
