Acer Haus

Could use a bit of an update. The front porch is worn out. The kitchen utensils are worn out and pieces ended up in our food. The couches are not comfortable whatsoever unless you are below the age of 16. The deck out back needs a refinish badly and septic system is stinky in the summer. Poorly lit and could easily hurt yourself in the dark. The dishwasher doesnt get the dishes all the way clean. The coffee maker needs to be replaced. The bedrooms have no clothes hangers but beds are comfortable. The staircase is narrow hard to bring a suitcase up, and upstairs bedrooms are hot in summer. The good part was the price, water pressure and the host was responsive. Hence, 3 stars.

We stayed here with 4 kids, ages 6-12 and it was the perfect set-up. beautiful decor but sturdy and durable. With some clear boundaries the kids felt very cozy in this house. The best part is that they were able to get to the pool, playground, tennis courts and pickle ball on the trails. The location was perfect for us and we will book again based on this feature. This home not only had beautiful and stylish design but all the necessities. charging cords in every room, lights easily accessible, plenty of places to sit and relax. It also had extras that came in handy such as coffee beans and shopping bags. Another bonus was REALLY comfortable beds, high quality linens and clean carpet!

The Acer Haus is a truly wonderful place to stay. Thoughtfully designed and beautiful inside and out. Nestled within the Black Butte Ranch, arguably one of the most gorgeous areas of Oregon, youll no doubt feel at peace (and at home) here at the Acer Haus. That idiot below needs to stick to his squirrel videos.

loved our stay at this place! its been nicely updated and is well-decorated - the beds are so comfy & the whole vibe is super cozy. loved sharing meals with friends on the back deck & enjoying all the amenities of black butte.
