I would like to say I really like living here and its very convenient to where I go to work. I also would like to acknowledge our new manager Melissa whos been fantastic and the best manager Ive had since living here in 2015. I also want to give a shout out to Aaron, Trisha and Peter, who work in the office. These people are very attentive and help me in my time of need. I would like to acknowledge all these people for all their good work that they put into making this place look great. Thank you all of you for making it possible for me to continue living here. I appreciate all that you do and your dedication to make this place Worth being here. I also want to give kudos to our brand new Maintenance guy Damien who is a huge help and really listens with an open mind. God bless all of you for all your hard work. Thank you Melissa for being the best manager. Ive had since living here, and your wonderful staff who works alongside you.

I have lived here 6+ years. It has been a wonderful experience. The staff have been absolutely amazing. The location is wonderful.

Their management and maintenance people care about the property and residents and their hired security people are polite and care about the residents too. 2 laundry rooms a bonus and plenty of garbage however I'd like to the garbage go away and replaced with a single trash compactor. 2 pools with covered picnic benches in courtyards with big beautiful evergreens is nice too. Hopefully liberal left reprobate leadership will get voted out soon so police won't have their hands tied and be defunded and start helping to clean up springfield, Eugene, Portland etc.
