Tax Solutions Inc.

We turned out taxes in to them last year and it took over a month to get them back with no explanation. This was our 4th year. Once again it has taken a month. I call and am told there is a note that says they need our W-2s, but nobody called asking for them and there aren't any because we are retired. We go in and tell them that and she says "they will be ready by end of day." We go next day at 11:30, nope not ready yet, give her 10-15 more minutes. We give them until 3:30 and go to sign them and now we're told they needed our home tax statement but did they call and ask for it NOPE! Apparently nobody knows how to use a telephone. Seriously, is this the people you want doing your taxes?

UPDATE: WE ARE STILL TRYING TO FIX OUR TAXES FROM WHAT THIS OFFICE DID TO US. WE NOW HAVE TO GO TO THE IRS BUILDING.... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE JUST RUN....... Our 1st time here was not impressed. Will not name anyone as some were pleasant to deal with, but overall, it was a frustrating experience. 2 months to complete our taxes, extensions filed without asking us. Repeatedly asking for the same info multiple times when it had already been sent in emails and given during visits. Absolutely no communication or question answered when we asked WHY. IRS is sending us letters in the mail adjusting or taxes to make us pay more. And if you are like us and like things organized then you won't be able to look in any of these offices because there are files just all over the place stacked with no real place or sence of security with people's personal tax information just thrown all over the place... I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for a tax preparer.

Someone said they didn't wear masks. 5 stars. Masks don't do anything and have been proven to be harmful to wear for extended periods of time and especially harmful to children. I've never been here but I'd be willing to come down and give them my business now.

Will come here every year. Small office feel with honest people who simplify the process. Worth the price.
