        I gave them evidence that the vehicle that was towed did not belong to us but they submitted it to the credit agency for collection anyway without even contacting us. They also charged a incredible amount for the tow. $8500 is insane.

        My car that was in the accident had special meaning to me. It was the last car my husband restored. He suffered a brief ill and subsequent death. From the moment the tow driver showed up he was so kind and understanding about my being emotional. He handled the entire situation with the upmost care and respect. Dealing with the owners has been heartwarming. The compassion was something you dont often see in the towing industry. I would highly recommend this company. They are amazing people. Thank you SWAT towing.
