        Does not allow WINDOW a/c units for "aesthetics". Expect to pay more for electricity and to struggle cooling your apartment with a floor unit that cost 3x as much. Get your deposit back? Probably not after the floor unit leaks into your neighbors apartment. What a joke. Go anywhere else and youll likely save when you consider your a/c will run 24/7 here. No thanks. Edited for the manager that can't read. They don't allow WINDOW A/C units. Floor units require 2 to 3 times the energy a window unit uses. That means additional costs for a less affective and less efficient unit. You are forcing customers to spend more.. I'll wait for the new apartments popping up since every other apartment allows WINDOW a/c units.

      Pioneer Court Apartments does allow Air Conditioner/Personal Cooling Devices. Pioneer Court Apartments would not have any control over how much electricity you use. If your equipment damaged the property then you would be responsible for those damages.
