        Feels off from the start and just gets worse. Started as innocent as making a comment that they used to be best Western and I told repeatedly that they've never been best Western. Then going up stairs all the doors have best Western sign stamped on the door with blue painters tape covering it. Immediately upon walking in the room there's is spills all over the walls, hair on the bathroom wall and shower curtain. We were insisted we had a king bed but clearly was a queen. Then proceeded to wake up with bug bites. I did not see any bugs but am now terrified there was bed bugs. When asked for a small percentage of a refund that I'd rather handle this in house to make it right rather than leave a review, I was told they have no such policy to compensate what so ever. So here I am sharing my experience. Not the best experience. I've stayed in cheaper motels with a way better experience.
