        This hotel is Great and jennifer in check in and the chef were amazing! We had a series of unfortunate events trying to locate a charger for our ev we rented. With 10 miles left on our car we called best weastern and they were able to get us a room same night(nearly midnight) at a reasonable price. They also had EV chargers! Jennifer went out of her way to help us set it up and had amazing customer service and was very knowledgeable. She was also very welcoming and caring even with our very late check in. We had to leave early in the morning due to a time crunch and even though the chef was busy he still went out of his way to put our food on a paper plate so we could hop on the road! Thank you best weastern in Sutherlin.

        Best Best Western in the West! I was so happy I signed up for the Rewards Program. Rooms: The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and cozy, the black out curtains kept the room dark until I wanted to wake up and the free breakfast was freshly cooked to order. I was only there one night as I drove from Washington to California and it was a perfect stop over. I will stay there again for sure.
