Absolutely wonderful service! Was 100% up front with me about installing a part that was not the exact one answered all my questions and found a perfect fit for my need!!! He also came back out to resolve a windshield wiper issue and left my car in pristine condition (though my mirror is exposed due to the difference in windshields i got he even offered to come install the bracket cover when I order one!) I think it is extremely important to remember the hard work, effort and consistent challenge laborers face when dealing with first world problems and the entitlement customers feel. I had an issue, he found a resolution resolved it to the best of his ability and offered me a fix for when I got the third party part. Please make sure to thank your workers and always remember How would you like to be treated when you are working or doing a service for someone else. Be thankful that someone is here to do the job you cannot or do not want to do!

Argumentative, directly told my wife not my fault if your brackets leaks after he removed them. When I asked about his comments, he told me he was talking to his training employee, but not sure how that was, when he was talking directly to my wife. . didnt even finish putting my mirror back in, and looks like the wire cover is broken. Responded with something not pertinent , and didnt even comment that he left the job half ass with the mirror hanging. Shitty customer service obviously.

Solid service, very professional, right on time for the appointment we set up and I even received a courtesy text that he was on the way. Dylan did an excellent job, was very friendly and efficient (you could tell he knew what he was doing). He answered all my questions and showed me why I had water intrusion on the Silverado by demonstrating how the windshield was not sealed at the top. Hat trick for me; new clear windshield replaced at my house, no more cracks/cinder bites and no more water leak. I was so pleased I scheduled installs for my Subi and my dads F350 for next week. So nice to see this level of service. Thank you very much

Great service! Dylan called and let me know he had a cancelation, and could come early if possible. Was here in a flash. Very professional, got the job done quickly and it looks beautiful. Highly reccomend this company. And the price was unbeatable!. Thanks Auot Glass Pros!
