After speaking to Nate on the phone about the continuous noise from the water pump on my RV, I was unable to utilize his service due to my limited time in central Oregon. Nate was kind, patient, and informative, explaining options available, mechanisms of the pump, and offering to call his supplier to pick up a new pump on my way to the coast for 6 months of camphosting. Nate encouraged me to call him with any future needs even though he does not service the coast. This is the integrity of a company and man I want servicing my RV! I just had to share my experience! Nate was the only one we could get a hold of when our furnace decided to try to die on us in the middle of the snowstorm. He was able to fit us in the very next day and addressed an additional issue with our water heater that had popped up as well. The level of experience he has working on RV's shows. He was quickly able to pinpoint the issues with our erratically behaving furnace and why the water heater wasn't working. The repairs he made (sail switch, upgraded board, plus the new board, fuse, and wiring) were completed before I knew it. It's better than AAA!
