        I've been extremely disappointed with advantage dental over the last 2 years... It's nearly impossible to get a cleaning for my two children... They've canceled two to three appointments over the last two years... Rescheduling for a new appointment is months out...Today was another cancellation 3-19-24... Couldn't even do scheduled fillings. We finally decided to move to a different dentist altogether...

        Just a heads up, this office no longer accepts private health insurance, period, it is a non-network provider. Only OHP and Medicare insurance. I have a dental PPO, with in-network and out-network. As a current patient that has gone here for 10+ years, I was shocked that they said my private insurance was no longer accepted, and I had to pay 100 percent myself if I wanted to keep my appointment, which I waited months for, before I found out about the insurance thing. I was saddened by this lack of loyalty. I do want to stay positive and say thanks for the good service over the years, and a big heart felt Thank You to all the dedicated employees, especially Linda the best dental tech ever
