Mike and his crew washed and waxed my car about 2 weeks ago. They were great. The finished product was well done and Mike was knowledgeable about his products and the choices to make for the project. If youre looking for a very expensive hand car wash with spray wax, Id recommend Go Green. But, if you are looking for a quality detail - with attention to detail - you should look elsewhere. Mike was very friendly and got me in for an appointment the next day, but upon picking up my truck and looking over the results, I was quite disappointed. I texted Mike with questions about the type of wax they used and what if anything they did to buff out any imperfections. With no response, I texted again asking if he had a response before I left a review. He just sent a photo of the wax product with no answer to the buffing question. An hour or so later, I sent him 8 photos of the truck and said I was dissatisfied with the work for the amount I paid. The photos were of the wheel wells, the space between the bed and the cab, the plastic flashing under the wiper mounts, the dirty grill, dirty rims, and the windows which werent even touched (dirt and buildup lines). 24 hours later and silence from the business. Combined, the results of the job and the total lack of responsiveness from the owner are a real letdown. Again, if you want a hand wash and spray wax for $259, this might be a good option. If you want more, go elsewhere.
