        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I bought a vehicle at a dealer and did not know they used this ridiculous company for my financing. It is impossible To talk to anybody, or use their website or their app. This company is 100% a scam. There is no way to make a payment on your loan. There is no way to set up a user name for your loan There is no way to talk to anybody about your loan. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

        I purchased a 2019 grand jeep Cherokee last month. And now the vehicle is broken down and has a repair cost of over 4 thousand dollars. I was told that this company does extensive checks before delivering the vehicle but that I find to be very untrue I understand that I do not have an extended warranty but I also did not expect for there to be major repairs and a car to break down before I even have my first payment due. I am very upset and disappointed in this company. Ok I brought a used car but how does a car completely break down after 30 days unless it already had major issues. I will be contacting my attorney if we cannot get this resolved I will continue to reach out to every outlet until this can be handled. And I will be sure to let the world know of your faulty company I am highly upset and will not let this matter go

        Absolutely nightmare went trying to communicate over phone even when they said for you to call just no matter how long you wait no answer and website trash won't let you go back in history payments or options for a principal payment.thas not all be ready to pay $50 for others fees and expenses straight bad business counting on them.

        This bank is absolute garbage. Their website is trash. Cannot recover username and cant sign in to make a payment. Ive been on the phone for over 30 min waiting for an agent to answer. This has to be the most frustrating bank I have ever dealt with. I would rate it zero stars if I could!!!!
