Staff in the front of the store were kind, they asked me if I needed help once and when I declined, I was left alone for the remainder of my shopping experience (which I love) for those who needed help, there was plenty of staff available. I went in for the salon services and Maddy was AMAZING. I usually go to the one in cedar hill, but the last time I went I left with an uneven haircut and unhealthy hair still attached and I get it, my hair was super long and it's a lot of work to cut so I didn't complain. But this time I came to Washington square since it was on my way home from work and the whole experience was lovely. Maddy knew exactly what my hair needed and I adore the cut. If you need a haircut Maddy will put in the work to ensure an amazing result, I can't recommend her enough.

Every single time I come into this store, I have a bad experience. The employees have a horrible attitude and act like they do not want to be there. I understand them having a bad day or not feeling the best, but when its every single time I come i to the store and feel uncomfortable because of this bad attitude, it makes me not want to come anymore. I politely asked one of the employees for help with the perfumes and she rolled her eyes and seemed inconvenienced even though she wasnt doing anything. The cashiers attitudes are even worse. I will not be coming back to this location. A message to upper management: You cant run a good business if your employees are driving customers away. Set up a meeting, work on goals, and figure out ways to make this job enjoyable for your employees instead of having them hate their job. Thanks.

If youre a teenager and wanna shop in peace dont go here. They follow you around and watch you and you can hear them radioing about you. When me and my friend went they stopped us at the door and accused us of stealing saying they had us on camera and when we showed them our bags they asked us to leave (very rudely) even though we didnt take anything! I dont remember her name but after reviews Im pretty sure its sam, she was the most rude and obnoxious of them all, and I also heard her bad mouthing her co-workers while in the store. Embarrassing.

I went in for the salon services and Maddy was AMAZING.
