horrible place with horrible customer service, the host madeleine is full of spite towards customers just trying to eat some food.

I visited this location a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised. The workers were very kind and accommodating and were receptive to special requests. Jasmine rung me up and was very helpful and personable. Will be visiting this location again soon!

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and was extremely disappointed with the service I received, especially from the host named Madeleine. Upon entering close to closing time, I was met with hostility by Madeleine and the rest of the staff, who seemed more interested in closing up shop than serving customers. Despite their obligation to serve until closing time, I was told I couldn't order a hot sub because they were already preparing to shut down early. Reluctantly, I settled for my regular large sub, only to find that it was not cut in half as requested. This oversight made it incredibly inconvenient to eat, especially given its substantial size. To add insult to injury, there was a lack of communication regarding when my order was ready, leaving me waiting unnecessarily. Overall, my experience at Firehouse Subs was marred by poor customer service, particularly from Madeleine, and a lack of attention to detail. I would caution others against visiting this location, especially close to closing time, as it seems they prioritize closing over satisfying their customers.
