Daniel did a wonderful job representing us in the sale of a home in Portland OR. It was a challenge in that the home was part of an estate and we had never lived in it; the home was quite old and therefore not in perfect shape; and we live in Minnesota and traveled to Portland only occasionally. Daniel made it feel like we lived right there. He kept us very well informed. He provided very good market advice. He personally tackled significant prep work and cleaning work to help get the home ready. The home was listed in late 2022 in a rapidly changing housing market which Daniel helped us navigate and helped us obtain the best possible offer in a very timely manner. He has a very open and straightforward yet diplomatic style and was very effective in helping us deal with the unexpected and making this sale happen. I have no doubt he would be equally effective if you are buying instead of selling. We are very happy with his work on our behalf and wholeheartedly recommend him. Thanks Daniel!
