Whatever happened to customer service??? Just spoke a manager named Lily who got on the phone with me and has to be one of the rudest people I spoke to with in a long time. She got on the phone and started to conversation with As I told you. Lady before you come on the phone with a rude condescending tone why dont you actually listen to the reason for the call!! WTH.. I will never go back there and will make sure that all my friends and family know. This place is a joke and if that is the type of people they employ I will take my business elsewhere

Very professional and personable! All associates are upbeat and kind! Doctor C is easy to talk to. Sydney made it easy for the intake process, De is very professional and straightforward excellent! And Cece helped me select the best frames available for my personal style! She is very attentive and awesome! Pleasantly surprised with my experience.

I was greeted warmly by Zach and Lily as soon as I entered the store, Sydney promptly took me back to Dr. Choquette waiting area. I completed the initial eye tests and paper work and placed into the exam room. Dr. Choquette was extremely knowlwdagable and listened to my concerns. After the appointment, Jacob greeted me and assisted me in checking out. I feel I received exceptional care while at Visionworks.
