I was delighted with my service from NW Pressure Washing Service! They just cleaned 2 two-story buildings with older vinyl siding. The end result is beautiful, and I thought the cost was quite reasonable. I appreciated the clear communication for preparation needed before the day of service, and I was impressed with the thoughtful care and attention to property during the process. I highly recommend NWPWS, and I will definitely have them back again.

Eric that came to wash our house comes with a rude attitude. I like to watch the people I hire to see what kind of work they are doing. He told me to stay 50 feet away from his work. Then he said, "You should go up the street to a neighbors or go in the house and stay there until I am done. Or I can pack up my stuff and leave if that's going to be an ISSUE". His words, not mine. We have a porch on our back door. He said that wasn't part of the house so we would have to pay extra if he washed it. I told him not to bother. He put all his hoses and equipment away before he asked us to do a walk around and check his work. When I asked about the 20 feet of sidewalk he was supposed to do as a promotion, he said he didn't think we wanted to have that done. He hadn't asked us if we wanted it done and he couldn't do it after he had already put all his equipment away. So he gave us $15 off our bill as compensation for the work not done. Fortunately I have a pressure washer so I was able to do the back porch and sidewalk after he left.
