        We've used GET to book a number of tours/trips and everyone has gone well. Great customer service, great choices.

        We were on the Greek Island tour in September. Was a disappointing disaster from beginning to end. We've been making every effort to have the so called insurance protection plan cover the loss. They are doing nothing but running us around. Grand European Travel could care less. Don't believe what you read in the brochure and AON is a joke.

        So far professional and on top of things. Originally some confusion on transportation from airport to hotel, but that has been cleared up. Only gave 4 stars because I haven't been on the trip yet.
