Taco Bell

Not sure if the employees are just complete idiots but more so recently EVERY time I order in the drive through my order is always missing something or completely incorrect items, more so in the later evenings or nights. it's so damn frustrating.

The food here is about average for what you might expect from Taco Bell, the service is often lacking; slower than you expect (especially in the dining room/to go) and plagued with, not infrequent, errors. Complicating matters is that getting an employee's attention, can be, a lengthy task. P.S. this location is also a Long John Silvers.

Same as every other Taco Bell, but it was super slow! I ordered one crunch wrap and it took me about 20 minutes from order time to getting it in my hand while in the drive thru and there were only two cars in front of me.

9:15-9:30 pm Your drive thru was wrapped so I went inside, no greeting the friends at the counter saw me and stopped laughing and abandoned the counter, I waited, after a minute the guy behind the counter stepped to the register and asked how he could help me, I understood him fine, I told him I wanted a chalupa he interrupted me and pointed to the tablets 2 things in restaurant service are important customer service and accountability. Remember I said that. He said understandably Taco Bell orders on the tablet and LJS orders on the counter, I said well I came into the restaurant and I dont order in tablets when I can order face to face, I prefer customer service, his English became incomprehensible, it sounded like it was Spanish and English but that he was trying to pretend he didnt understand me, Esta bien hace do lingo todos los das, I asked if there was a manager, he said Que? I said Un manager por favor He pointed at himself so I asked his name and he choked up I dont know. So I asked the girls in the back for the store managers name, and she replied Gregorio, and I asked for the store number and she gave me the store number on a receipt. I dont know the shift managers name but my customer service and accountability requirement says you promoted the wrong employee, the woman in the grill needs a promotion, and your manager is rude lazy and an $&^*$&@ If I wanted to use a tablet Id have ordered door dash, lets start getting back to a place where you value the people that walk through your doors again. I can stop using this establishment there are others
