I worked with this company, and Tiffany at Evergreen after they took over for V2 property which was probably the worst run company I have ever worked with. Fortunately after Evergreen took over I found the responsiveness and professionalism greatly increased. Tiffany was always very responsive and helpful and even helped me as the tenant navigate a difficult situation with an unreasonable landlord.

I've owned multiple rental properties in 4 states over the last 21 years. In that time, I've worked with 7 property management companies, and Evergreen is by far THE best. I only wish I had found them sooner. Owning rental property can be a hassle. Evergreen takes the hassle out of it. From turning units quickly, to maintaining my properties, to screening and dealing with tenants, they are professionals at what they do. They have saved me time and money. They are knowledgeable, honest, excellent communicators, organized, and friendly. Tiffany is my portfolio manager and she is a delight to work with. I sleep better at night knowing that my investment is in good hands. A big thanks to the entire staff at Evergreen!

Evergreen has managed our rental property for going on 10 years now and I cannot say enough good things about them. Tiffany, Cyndi and the whole crew have always been great at communicating and keeping detailed records of maintenance/tenant issues that come up. They always seem to find reasonable vendors and get problems solved post haste. I've always felt that the biggest benefit we receive by having them handle management is piece of mind and minimizing our exposure to liability. They're very knowledgeable about what is and isn't legal in tenant/landlord law. Evergreen is very well versed at helping navigate these seemingly grey areas of responsibility that always seem to pop up in a clean/legal fashion, which is great for landlords, tenants and finally the houses they're living in!
