Chuck from the parts department is extremely helpful and easy to work with! The part we needed arrived next day and the pick up process was very easy. We will use blue dog rv again and highly recommend to anyone needing those hard to find, rv parts!

My family and I had a good experience at the Troutdale location. Sales department wasnt pushy and seemed interested in what WE wanted to do. They had a Braxton Creek in stock that we decided to purchase. Financing went very smooth and the service department did great having the trailer ready to go on our pick up date. Buying a travel trailer can be overwhelming. Im confident that the Troutdale Blue Dog RV does care about what your goals are when looking for a travel trailer. I think it is important for anyone interested to do theyre research on the manufacturer of the trailer they are interested in as the dealerships do not have control over build quality.

I wilk start out by saying that we actually had a great experience buying our trailor, jeff was our sales rep and the sevice department had everything we asked for all completed for use so we where able to go on our vaction. My hats of to them. Know for the not so good side of things. In the last three months we have been able to use our trilor once. It has been in for warranty work that had to get done on the trailor. I do understand that yes some things will need to be fixed as we have owned several trailors and that is normal. But we have been waiting on them to get an approval on fixing are trailor from the manufacture to find out what they are going to do to help use. The back wall has separated from the side wall do to a bad weld that broke off that caused the problem. So far we have called the cruiser rep and he was going to help out by sending out emails to the correct personal to be able help use. That went no where. We also have talked with the warranty people on a regular bases ans so far nothing there yet as well. Also have called the Idaho manufacture and have talked with them as well and nothing as of yet. Sad to say that I may very well have see about what can be done thru legal advise. Will update as it becomes available.

Salesmen are all fantastic easy to work with and respond to questions even after the sale. Very helpful. Update:: although sales are great- horrible service. Never will think of using this place again.
