        Seriously best Club in Oregon. Its always THE STAFF that somehow matches the impeccable facility. Currently SHC has The Best SPIN Sessions on PLANET EARTH. Join now , literally now . You will always enjoy the Club but Angel and Edwin will eventually move on . They are the best instructors EVA . The music absolutely rocks and somehow they set The Example on how to push yourself no matter what . Seriously after my first class with Angel I was so confident I ran a 10 k that weekend . I ran every step . Im 57 , Ive never run that far in my life . Thanks Angel and Edwin , I had a small fire brewing inside its growing every class . Im going to hit peak fitness capacity this year . SHC for life baby
