I cannot say enough about the professionalism and quality of this crew of guys. We contracted them to correct a soil remediation/grass situation. They were amazing! They worked in terrible weather, were extremely polite and easy to work with, and were committed to completing the job in their estimated time-frame (even with obstacles beyond their control). Brandon was a great tech. He was unfortunately late to original time booked, but I know that there is high demand and probably not enough techs to go around, including with their competitors. Great service and tech listened to concerns and answered questions. Very professional and courteous. Will use again.

Not happy with whole system repair. Spent over 2k to get sprinklers all working and still have 5 dead zones in need of major repair. Pro: They did install a new control box and clean/adjust working heads just fine. Con: The worker used a saws all to cut through a mature 10 INCH Douglas Fir tree root! BEWARE: In the contract they state "OSS shall not be responsible for any damage to tree roots"... no matter how large, or if it will kill your mature trees. Con: They replaced 50% of sprinklers with high efficiency heads (the only sprinkler heads they use), while all others remained the standard heads. After questioning, they assured me both heads put out same amount of water. However after my own research, high efficiency actually do put out less water! So now I have some spots that receive 30% less water than the spot right next to it that is getting much more saturated. Service: Irrigation system repair/maintenance
