Rayborn's was very helpful in referring me to a restoration company that helped me identify the issue with water that was under my parents' house. Although it turned out not to be a plumbing issue, Shawn's prompt assistance helped me to move forward with preparing my parents' house for sale.

Had a unique water hammer problem related to the irrigation system. Four previous service calls could not resolve the issue. Irrigation company suggested Rayburns. On the initial call I could tell they understood the problem and offered solutions. Chuy came out and suggested several solutions, which he installed. The problem is resolved. I have worked with Rayborn's for over 30 years on commercial projects and my residence. They show up as scheduled on time and the price is fair. Both their office people and the crew are great to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RAYBORN'S PLUMBING! They are overpriced and won't be able to do the job right. We had Rayborn's plumbing out twice and NEVER again! The first time was to repair a frost free outdoor faucet...the guy didn't even have replacement parts in his truck to install a new one or a basic shut off valve. The extra costs to get parts was outrageous so we had to compromise with a substandard repair that wasn't what we wanted. Unfortunately, we didn't learn the first time, and had them out again. They ended up charging us for a plumber and an apprentice for a job that should've only taken one person. Plus, again, they were not prepared with the basic plumbing supplies and charged us for multiple trips back to their shop. Then, they installed the work incorrectly, had to redo it, and charged us full rate for that! They even charges for the 2 hours they spent standing around yacking with other Rayborn plumbing trucks that pulled-up to talk and distract from our project. Their work was so bad, we had to do more work to accommodate their inability to follow basic plans. In the end, they said they discounted their rate to cover some of their inefficiencies and mistakes, but it wasn't even close to what it should have been. They should be embarrassed by what they charged for the crappy work they did!
