        I purchased a pressure washer from NWSC a long time ago. Like so long I wasn't even in their system anymore. I went to start up that pressure washer after it had been sitting for 4 or 5 years and it wouldn't start. I did some YouTube research but wasn't coming up with any solutions. I called NWSC and spoke with Jonathan, who was really helpful and gave me some things to try that got the pressure washer up and going again. That's some great customer service in my book!
