Miguel and his crew to me are the gold standard for what all contractor experiences should be like. Responsive, great communication and quality work delivered as promised. The first impression from the bid and the last impression after the job is done actually match. It's a shame that most contractor experiences are not this way, but with Exterior Care, you will have renewed hope in the contactor/client relationship. The roof they installed for us is beautiful with no surprises. We will be hiring them again soon for a 3rd roofing job for us on an apartment building.

Miguel (the owner) and his crew were the best! They were very hard working and didn't flinch when the roof replacement turned into a more difficult job than expected. The crew was respectful of the property, and cleaned up every day! And they all seemed very happy and contented employees - which means they take pride in their work and it shows with our new beautiful roof. Miguel is very knowledgeable and kept us informed about everything going on. 5+ stars for this company. I wish all home repair companies were this good.

Miguel and his crew are the best! We used Exterior Care PDX for many years to clean out our gutters, but recently, after noticing some shingles from the roof in the yard, we had them come out to assess our roof. Miguel gave us the news that it needed to be replaced. He came out, used his drone plus got on the roof himself, and gave us an estimate by the end of the day. The price was fair and reasonable. Afterwards, he lets you choose the shingles and color, and before you know it, he and his crew get to work. They did our roof in three days. I was impressed at how fast they were. They also do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I didn't see one piece of trash in the yard after they finished. Miguel is easy to get a hold of (phone calls, texts, emails), and his crew are friendly and hard working. I would recommend Exterior Care PDX for anyone in the Portland metro looking to do roof replacement, roof care or gutter cleaning.
