I recently purchased a travel trailer at Cascade RV in Tualatin Oregon. I dealt, primarily, with Jesse and being an out of state buyer I didn't want to get to Oregon only to find that the trailer was overhyped and not in the condition they advertised....quite the contrary...it was under sold...I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually better than I had expected...thrilled, actually. JC set up my truck and the trailer and gave me a detailed run down of all the systems and operation of them. Very professional and friendly...cool guy, that JC. Jessie and her Dad were equally as friendly and informative and very easy to deal with....I never once felt pressured. They responded to all my texts and phone calls (which there were many!) almost immediately...even AFTER the sale! Impressive outfit and all very cool people. Bottom line; if they have an RV that you're looking for CALL THEM! They'll make you a great deal and leave you feeling happy as a clam at high tide... Highly Recommended!!!

Our daughter purchased this RV and she loves it. We searched many dealers and really enjoyed the communication we received from Jess and her dad. Definitely will refer them to friends. The Shasta 18-BH is a great way for a young family of 5 to get into camping, it has everything youd need in a small usable space. Pat M
