My vehicle is pre-owned & I am having it fixed, to be road/ off-road ready. I had a constant alarm alerting of a problem w/ the vehicle. I requested a tune-up expecting that it would resolve the issue. I was called by Dukes and told my parking brake needed to be manually lifted to completely disengage, which is why it was alerting me of the issue. I was then told a tune-up wasn't going to fix the issue. With this information & how many miles are on the engine I decided to not move forward w/ the tune-up. Dukes didn't charge me as well as not servicing my vehicle (second vehicle), for no reason. I WILL be bringing my vehicles back to Dukes and I strongly recommend Dukes if you are looking for a Solid, Honest & Reputable mechanic!

This is a two-man operation - Zach and Duke. I always get good communication, great service, and reasonable prices. They explained everything, including costs, parts, cause, and process for getting my vehicle fixed. The one downside is that they can be hard to get in to get work done because they are in high demand. This is where I go for my mechanic work on all my vehicles. I recommend them for non-emergency car work.
