We were convinced to purchase an upgraded model because of the rebate that we would be able to receive but come to find out this company is not even on the power company's approved installers so i am unable to receive any rebate. And to top it off a city inspector came out and looked at the unit that they installed and said it was out of code because the disconnect box was directly behind it so either the unit or the disconnect box needed to be moved. He came out and decided it would be best to move the unit off of the slab that is specifically for the ac and he placed it directly under our kitchen window and ran the refrigerant lines right up under the outside water spickett. It not only looks extremely tacky it pretty much renders that faucet useless and good luck put a freeze shield over it for the winter. And to top it all off when he came out and moved the unit to under the window it's not even remotely close to being straight. I am confused how someone could have not realized it befor anchoring it into the cement. Ud think a company would have consulted with the owner prior to doing something like that but what would make someone think that any of it was even a good idea is beyond me. But I'm sure this was all to save him money. Oh an iw hope ur not wanting to register the 10000 dollar investment to ensure it is under warranty with the manufacturer cause that's not ganna happen.
